Welcome to Koval Holdings, a development company built on vision, experience, and an unwavering belief in what real estate can become when executed with purpose. Founded by Alex Koval, Koval Holdings is rooted in a lifelong passion for real estate, strategic development, and community-focused design.

Alex’s journey began straight out of college, earning his MBA from Marylhurst University while simultaneously obtaining his real estate license. His early career with the national homebuilder DR Horton provided invaluable experience in large-scale operations, development, and customer-focused homebuilding — a foundation that would guide his entrepreneurial path forward.

From launching a construction and brokerage company to operating a real estate appraisal office, Alex gained comprehensive insight into the real estate world from every angle. Over the years, Koval Holdings evolved into a full-service real estate investment and development firm, recognized for its ability to identify potential, elevate land use, and bring thoughtful, livable projects to life.
